Oris China is partnering with DFS to launch a limited-edition Oris Panda Orange Peel Super Slim 400s in selected stores in the US, Middle East and Asia Pacific in September.
Oris International Managing Director Michael Chew said the Super Slim 400s format has proven popular in travel retail. He said the new pack underlines the company’s increasing commitment to the channel.
“Limited editions and new introductions are mandatory to addressing consumer needs, strong brand visibility and incremental sales volumes,” Chew added.
As reported, Oriental General Trading (OGT) introduced its Oris China line into global travel retail to target Chinese consumers. OGT said it aimed to see Oris as the “top international Chinese brand for Chinese smokers and travellers worldwide.”
Oris China’s brands, which include Dragon, Peace, Fashion, Panda and Orange Peel, are available in travel retail with DFS and other major retailers.
